Dr. Ken Masugi, a Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute, former special assistant to then-Chairman Clarence Thomas of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University, will be speaking on Justice Thomas' take on the 13th Amendment at the Federalist Society.
