Lea VanderVelde, professor of law and the Josephine R. Witte Chair, was named a 2022 Scholar of the Year by the Office of the Vice President for Research at the University of Iowa. The award celebrates nationally recognized achievement in outstanding research and scholarly/creative activities by faculty.
