Rabia Belt to deliver 2017 Richards Lecture

The University of Iowa College of Law is pleased to welcome Rabia Belt, of Stanford Law, to speak on “Outcases from the Vote: Women Suffrage and Disability Over the Long Nineteenth Century in the United States.” Her lecture is the third Richards Lecture given since 2014. The lecture is made possible by the Stanley and Gail Richards Endowed Fund for Disability Law.
