Ryan Wilson (Class of 2007)

Ryan Wilson, New York, New York, received the Executive Office for the United States Attorney’s (EOUSA) Director’s Award from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and EOUSA Director James Crowell, IV, at the 34th Director’s Awards Ceremony on June 15, 2018. A total of 11 Assistant U.S. Attorneys from the Eastern District of New York and two federal agent partners received the award in recognition of outstanding service on a variety of cases and other matters. Wilson is a partner in Lowenstein’s Capital Markets Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense practices. He returned to the firm after being appointed in 2015 to serve on the President’s RMBS Task Force. His practices focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation matters, with an emphasis on cases involving structured financial products, derivatives, and other complex securities. Wilson also has significant experience in litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions, including post-merger disputes involving indemnification issues.
