Description of what you do:
My practice focuses on private equity mergers and acquisitions, strategic mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and exit transactions for private growth companies and other private capital investments. I represent national and regional private equity firms, strategic buyers, venture-backed growth companies, domestic and foreign venture capital firms, and public companies in transactions in values ranging from several billion to several million dollars. I also work on venture capital investments and private securities offering transactions representing medical technology companies and other emerging companies.
Your favorite part of your job:
Planning and modeling a structure of a deal to meet the needs of both buyer and seller parties and achieving the optimal tax efficiency

I could have and probably should have looked beyond the OCI opportunities.
