Jim Hanks will receive the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Twenty-fifth Annual Jefferson Fordham Lifetime Achievement Award at their annual meeting in Chicago, Illinois. The focus of this Section of the ABA is on issues relating to urban, state, and local government law and policy. Jim was involved with this Section for many years and served as Chair of the Section in 2014-2015.
