Professor Joseph Yockey, who holds the F. Arnold Daum Chair in Corporate Law, was quoted in two recent news publications addressing recent efforts to reshape higher education. Both articles mentioned Yockey’s research on governing systems in higher education, as well as his opinion on current trends in the field.

The Herald-Times article discussed the Indiana governor Mike Braun’s controversial restructuring of the Indiana University Board of Trustees. Similarly, the Associated Press article detailed efforts to reshape higher education throughout the United States.
