Biography

Carwina Weng is a first-generation U.S. college and law graduate. She is a legal education consultant who focuses on experiential learning; program assessment; professional identity formation; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Most recently, Weng has worked for the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC) as a Senior Strategist for Legal Education and a Senior Specialist in Professional Identity Formation. Prior to working for LSAC, she taught law clinics at Seattle University, Indiana University (Bloomington), and Boston College. She also practiced civil legal services in New York City and Boston and clerked for the Hon. Frank M. Coffin, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

She enjoys baking, reading, and traveling.
