A native of Iowa City, Rob Hogg graduated from the University of Iowa in history in 1988 and from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1995. In his legal career, he clerked for two federal judges and worked in private practice in Minnesota and Iowa. Rob was also elected six times and served in the Iowa Legislature for 20 years.
