Cole Schotz P.C. announced that James Williams, an experienced intellectual property attorney, has joined the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Department. Williams brings a wealth of experience in patent litigation, trademark disputes, and other IP-related matters.

He has represented clients across a range of industries including technology, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. His practice focuses on complex IP litigation in federal courts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
