César Rosado-Marzán, the Edward L. Carmody Professor of Law at the University of Iowa College of Law, published a new review in Jotwell for Sara Slinn’s chapter in The Law and Collective Bargaining: Sources and Patterns of Regulation in the Modern World of Work by P. Tomassetti, A. Bugada, and A. Forsyth.

In the review, Rosado-Marzán makes the case that Slinn’s chapter, “Analytical Framework for Understanding Broader-Based and Sectoral Bargaining Models” is one of the best recent works of worklaw scholarship.

“[Slinn’s chapter] really helps us develop a clear language for what we recognize as ‘sectoral bargaining’ in the United States—a form of collective bargaining that reformers are trying to institute in order to rebuild unions,” Rosado-Marzán said.
