Craig Nierman

Adjunct Instructor
Professor Nierman is a commercial arbitrator and mediator. He serves as president of the American Academy of ADR Attorneys, chairs the Iowa State Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. His publication focus has been on insurance arbitration, mediation psychology, and business law. He currently teaches Arbitration; previously, he taught Insurance Law.
