Crystal Pound is an attorney at JD Legal Planning PLLC in Fargo, ND with an elder law, estate planning, probate litigation and trust law practice. 

Since joining the practice of law, Pound has been recognized by peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2018 - 2022.

Upon graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2016, she received the Boyd Service Award for her commitment to community service and the Philip G. Hubbard Human Rights Award. Continuing with her volunteer efforts, recently serving as president and co-founder of Justice101, a 501(c)(3) organization offering education on Fourth Amendment rights, with particular emphasis on educating students and young persons of color, with the goal of making such persons aware of their Constitutional rights.
