Jillian Kent, LSW

Biography

My goal is to provide a supportive and confidential space that allows you to take a step back from the demands of school and focus on yourself. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, academic pressure, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I will walk alongside you and together we will develop practical strategies to thrive in everyday experiences. My therapeutic approach is an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy that empowers individuals to focus on identifying and leveraging unique abilities to highlight your strengths. With compassion and curiosity, I will collaborate with you in the process of finding wholeness, hope, and healing while we overcome obstacles together for you to live a more satisfying and fulfilling life where you can thrive.
