Professor Joseph Yockey, who holds the F. Arnold Daum Chair in Corporate Law, and Professor Diane Lourdes Dick, the Charles E. Floete Distinguished Professor of Law, presented their latest article, Governing Toxic Data, at the Law and Society Association’s Annual Meeting in Chicago.  

Yockey and Lourdes Dick had previously presented Governing Toxic Data at Yale Law School as part of the Governing Data symposium organized by Professors Mihailis Diamantis and Rishab Nithyanand in collaboration with the Iowa Innovation, Business & Law Center. 

The article will be published in the forthcoming issue of the Yale Journal of Law & Technology.
