Across the Aisle: Immigration Under Trump

Across the Aisle is hosting an all-school discussion on immigration under President Trump! Brought to you by the Collegiate Community Committee, our goal is to bridge division by bringing people with different perspectives on important social and political issues into conversation with each other. This event will focus on three key issues: military deployment, birthright citizenship, and H1-B Visa caps.

After Professor Kate Melloy Goettel's introductory remarks, participants will form small groups over lunch to discuss their views on the candidates. They are not expected to reach a consensus; instead, the event fosters civil dialogue over one of the year's most important topics. Across the Aisle is open to all College of Law students, staff, and faculty and their views.

The event will occur on Monday, Feb. 17, at 12:45 p.m. in BLB 295, Levitt Auditorium. Hot lunch will be provided to those who RSVP! To join, please register by adding your name here (www.tinyurl.com/AcrossTheAisle).
