The University of Iowa College of Law is pleased to announce that Professor James Toomey—an expert in bioethics, private law, health law, and elder law—will join the Iowa Law faculty as Associate Professor in August 2024.

Jon Carlson finalized page proofs for his essay, “Normative Mismatch and the Failure of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.” It will be published this fall in a volume by Te Herenga Waka University Press, honoring Sir Geoffrey Palmer.
