Congratulations to the Iowa Law students who showcased their skills in the final competitions of the Appellate Advocacy Program!

Benjamin Louviere (23JD) is a recipient of the 2024 "Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award" for his article entitled Time for a Tune-Up in America’s Healthcare Market: Securing the Right to Repair for Medical Devices, published in the Journal of Corporation Law (JCL).

In the oral arguments at Pace University in February, each Iowa Law team member won Best Oralist in preliminary rounds of the oral arguments competition. The student team consists of advocates Spencer Culver (3L), Sophia Gustafson (3L), Samantha Savala (3L).
