Kathryn V. Atkinson Overberg (97JD) recently joined Fredrikson & Byron in the Employment, Labor & Benefits and Internal Investigation groups. As an employment attorney, Kathryn brings experience as both an advisor and litigator, as well as in-house counsel, which allows her to work with clients to prevent legal problems through substantive trainings and identifying risks, while also providing thoughtful responses to concerns that may arise.
