William P. Hefner (94JD) recently joined Fredrikson & Byron as an officer in its Environmental Law, Energy & Natural Resources and Energy Litigation groups. Hefner has practiced environmental law for nearly 30 years as a private practice attorney, as the leader of a global legal team for a multinational corporation and as an assistant attorney general.
