The Iowa Judicial Branch recently appointed 25 members to an AI Working Group, including Megan Graham, associate clinical professor and director of the Technology Law Clinic at the University of Iowa College of Law.
The group is tasked with studying the use of AI within the judicial branch, preparing internal policies and procedures for the use of AI by judicial officers, and serving as a governance body to evaluate potential AI use related to court functions.
The group is comprised of 11 Iowa judges, six judicial branch administrators, six attorneys, and two law professors.
