The University of California-Davis Law Review recently hosted an online symposium that featured Jill Lens, the Dorothy M. Willie Professor in Excellence at the University of Iowa College of Law.

The symposium, The Past, Present, and Future of Fetal Parenthood: An Online Symposium in Response to Personhood by Mary Ziegler, offered a forum for continued discourse on a variety of issues connected to fetal personhood and reproductive rights. Lens’ panel, The Equality of the Pregnant Person, featured three other national leaders in bioethics and reproductive justice.

The new volume of the UC-Davis Law Review also featured Lens’ new article, “Fetal Value & the Pregnant Person’s Right.”
