Van Oosterhout-Baskerville Moot Court Competition

The Van Oosterhout-Baskerville moot court competition was established in honor of the late Judge Martin Van Oosterhout, a 1924 graduate of the College of Law and former Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and Richard Baskerville, a member of the Iowa Law Class of 1959. The winners of the Van Oosterhout-Baskerville competition will represent Iowa Law on the National Moot Court team during the 2025-26 academic year.
