Social Media Surveillance and Privacy in the United States

The American Constitution Society at Iowa Law is hosting a panel discussion of issues surrounding social media surveillance and privacy in the United States today and possible solutions to protect users’ rights. Panelists include Saira Hussain, Staff Attorney of Electronic Frontier Foundation’s Civil Liberties Team; Rachel Levinson-Waldman, Deputy Director of the Brennan Center for Justice’s Liberty & National Security Program; University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law Professor Sam Halabi; and University of Iowa College of Law Professor Mihailis Diamantis.
